Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion
I believe in leading DEI initiatives with heart. Inclusion, to me, is the practice of cultivating a space where everyone belongs—where every voice, story, and perspective is not just welcomed but essential. It’s about creating ecosystems of value and empowerment, where people feel seen, heard, and capable of thriving in their fullness. It’s not just a policy—it’s a rhythm.
