Building Futures Rooted in Safety, Dignity, and Liberation

I partner with mission-driven nonprofits and community groups to transform workplace culture, create trauma-informed and harm-reduction-centered policies, strengthen equity in hiring, and design restorative pathways that support both staff and residents.

My work centers:

  • liberatory organizational design

  • trauma-informed and harm-reducing policy building

  • restorative justice process design

  • leadership and supervisor coaching

  • staff and resident listening sessions

  • sustainable culture change across teams

I help organizations bridge the gap between values and practice, ensuring policies, procedures, and daily interactions align with safety, equity, and community care.
